We are conveniently located on Ellsworth Road, less than a mile from Carpenter Rd and I-94, making getting around Ypsilanti and exploring Ann Arbor effortless. Eastern Michigan University & Washtenaw Community College are less than 10 minutes away, and The University of Michigan’s Ann Arbor campus is less than 20 minutes away from Roundtree Apartments.
Roundtree Apartments are in the Ypsilanti Community School District where students attend Ypsilanti Community Elementary Schools, Ypsilanti Community Middle School, and Ypsilanti Community High Schools.

You're also a quick drive to retail shopping and delicious restaurants in downtown Ypsilanti. Roundtree is near US-23, so you're a hop skip away from US-94 which takes you to Detroit or Chicago. See below for our residents favorite spots to hang out in the area.
