Our The Villas pet-friendly apartment community includes pet waste stations located throughout the community, however breed restrictions do apply. Enjoy a large pool while the sun is shining. We are located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, are conveniently in walking distance of Washtenaw Community College and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Eastern Michigan University is less than 10 minutes away and the University of Michigan is less than 20. We are also located on the AAATA bus line 24.

The Villas Apartments are in the Ypsilanti Community School district where and students attend Ypsilanti Elementary Schools, Ypsilanti Community Middle Schools, and Ypsilanti Community High Schools.
