From the apartments, take a short drive to Lake Eola Park where you can visit the Downtown Orlando Farmers Market, catch a show at the Walt Disney Amphitheater and see the iconic Linton E. Allen Memorial Fountain light up at night with the city! Iris Flats is located in the Orange County Public Schools district where students attend Engelwood Elementary School, Jackson Middle School, and Colonial High School.

Located minutes away from Demetree Park, an excellent place for kids to enjoy the playground or for anyone in the family to take a nice outdoor walk and enjoy a nice picnic. If you have kids, your Orlando neighborhood schools are Engelwood Elementary School, Roberto Clemente Middle School, and Colonial High School.
