McKinleys Residential Client Services is pleased to announce the successful disposition of Shortridge Village. Shortridge Village is a 338 site manufactured housing community located in Indianapolis, Indiana. McKinley was appointed receiver of this community in October of 2009.

We appreciated the opportunity to be involved in the repositioning of this asset on behalf of our valued client, states Albert M. Berriz, Chief Executive Officer of McKinley.
