Apartment complex overall is good, a little pricey but that’s Ann Arbor for ya. What I actually want to talk about is how Joseph, Chris, and Leon (and everyone one else on the maintenance team this year) have been super helpful and efficient! A big thank you to Joseph specifically, who maintains excellent lines of communication with residents, explaining the timeline for fixes, as well as explaining what the team is doing and why. My air con was broken at the start of the summer, and the team was in my unit within hours of me submitting a work order, which was amazing. I’m used to waiting days if not weeks for maintenance at previous places I’ve lived. It’s now move in/out season which means the team is super busy, but they still take the time to say hi to me on the walkway and ask how the AC is holding up! Genuinely very impressed by the property overall, and also very happy I re-signed my lease!

The front lady in the leasing office was so kind to me!!! Very grateful for her! I was able to charge my phone in the office 😭! This place is wonderful and recommend to talk to her regarding any questions about the apartments. She is very useful and a great resource! So happy to meet her ✨

I’ve lived here for 2 months and have nothing but positive things to say about it so far. The apartments are well maintained, the grounds are beautiful and the staff is fantastic. The buildings are older (as expected in A2), but they’ve done their job making this a great place to call home for a few years while i’m in grad school at U of M. Chris on the maintenance staff and Jason in the office have been super responsive to anything i’ve needed and i’m grateful to both of them for making my transition here seamless. I’ll be here as long as I’m in Ann Arbor!

Updated review: All issues resolved. They want to help and will try their best to do so. Two years in and likely will be a 3rd.
