This charming mansion, built in 1929 by James McDonald, rests on top of a hill in the Glencoe Hills community. 8 individual and unique apartments exist within the mansion, featuring hardwood floors, custom cabinets, tiles in the bathroom, window ac units, radiator heating, updated windows and in-building laundry. Even though the mansion has been updated, the charm and history still exists within the walls.
In front of the mansion is a grassy area for dogs to play, and parking for residents at the mansion. Due to its location within the Glencoe Hills community, amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, pet-friendly lit nature trails, picnic areas, a playground and so much more.
