Each apartment comes with an intercom entry system, spacious closets, central heating and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen including; a disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. The grounds at Glencoe Hills are beautifully landscaped, where you will find two swimming pools, two tennis courts, pet-friendly lit nature trails, picnic areas, a playground and so much more. Additionally, Glencoe Apartments feature a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center, beautiful fireplace, and wet bar in our cozy two story clubhouse.
Our Glencoe apartments are conveniently only minutes away from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor campus and hospital, Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College and St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital. Also, we are less than a mile from US 23, and you'll have easy access to 1-94 and M-14 keeping you around the corner from world class dining, shopping, and cultural facilities offered in downtown Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Glencoe Hills Apartments are in the Exceptional Ann Arbor Public Schools district where students attend Burns Park Elementary School, Scarlett Middle School, and Huron High School.

McDonald Mansion in the Ann Arbor public school district. Nearby, you're just a 5 minute drive to affordable grocery stores like Aldi and Kroger. You're also a quick drive to retail shopping and delicious restaurants along Washtenaw Road and Carpenter Road. The apartments of Glencoe Hills is near US-23, so you're a hop skip away from US-94 which takes you to Detroit or Chicago. See below for our residents favorite spots to hang out in the area.
