The Pines offers spacious one, two and three bedroom floorplans. All apartments include washers and dryers, private, screened-in patio entrances, oversized walk-in closets and central air conditioning/heat. We pride ourselves on having a superior maintenance team by extending 24-hour emergency maintenance response. Our pet-friendly apartment community features two sparkling swimming pools, an outdoor whirlpool, fitness center, a car care center, and several grilling stations/picnic areas. The Pines apartments are just minutes from Dr. Phillips and Metro west shopping/dining and the exquisite Mall at Millenia. The Pines Orlando apartments are near Universal Studios--Just 10 minutes away! All other major Orlando attractions are less than 20 minutes away! We are within five minutes of the I-4 Highway, Florida Turnpike, 408-East/West Expressway, and the 528-Beachline. The Pines apartments are in the Orange County Public School District, where students attend Millennia Elementary School, Southwest Middle School, and Dr. Phillips High School.
