Hello i am the resident in apt 338 i lived here for 16 years ive had a lot of mainteneace issue. But for the first time ive been so happy with the repairs. Incendio my appt I Want to say that the New supervisor Edwin has played a big part of that. So i just Want to give him a big shot Out thank you Edwin for evething your doing here at aria Beach I am grateful for Jenny. She is Kind and very pleasant. Do not change her to another property.

Mr.Donald came to our apartment and fixed our toilet and our door he’s a very knowledgeable man he’s amazing he’s super nice and just overall customer service 10/10 him and gian are the only people we want to come and help us because they are always so nice and welcoming like family with us 100/10
