Since joining McKinley in August 2010 as a Senior Accountant, Chris later transitioned to the Commercial Client Services divisionas a Commercial Portfolio Manager. Among other achievements, Mr. Allen has successfully managed nearly 2.5 million square feet of commercial real estate assets. In his new role, Chris will report to the Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Real Estate.

Ann Arbor, MI - McKinley's Commercial Client Services Group announces the successful workout of Fairway Center, a 78,447 square foot office and retail development in Akron, Ohio. McKinley was appointed receiver in 2006 and during the lengthy period as receiver and manager, the assets were positioned for sale by prevailing in an easement litigation matter, renewing the anchor tenant for a long-term lease, and executing several new leases.
"We are very pleased to add another successful chapter to the McKinley Commercial Client Services track record," commented Matthew Mason, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Real Estate at McKinley. "The McKinley team successfully managed this asset through a complex and challenging easement issue which was ultimately decided by the Ohio Court of Appeals," stated Mason.

Ms. Kirk is a member of Nevada State Apartment Association and has been a member of the Association's Legislative Committee for many years.Kirkreceived the A.C.E. award for achieving customer excellence in both 2000 and 2001. ANN ARBOR, MI - McKinley's Ted Bott has been promoted to Regional Director Operations, Florida. Mr. Bott began his career with McKinley in Ann Arbor in early 2010, seamlessly moving through the ranks from senior sales associate to property management before garnering this latest promotion announced today.
"Ted has a very keen understanding of what it takes to be successful at McKinley and he freely shares this knowledge with his teams," states Albert L. Berriz, Managing Director, Residential Real Estate. "Ted's intelligence and work ethic enable him to be an incredible problem solver and advocate for our customers," says Berriz.
Ted will assume his role as Regional Director, Operations in Florida in January 2013.
