My favorite part about being a community manager is being able to connect face-to-face with residents and get to know them on a deeper level. Creating the feeling of “home” for others is my biggest motivator to do my absolute best. No better feeling than walking the community and running into a resident who is genuinely excited to say hello, show you a photo of their new grandson, or simply share something exciting that’s going on in their life. Perform the management aspect of the business to such a level that it allows you to lower the barriers between the labels “Manager” and “Resident”, and just have a genuine human interaction with one another – that’s what I love the most.

Golfside Lake Apartments is a clean and quiet area with lakes, trees and flowers, birds and squirrels, as well as comfortable walking paths. In summer there is an opportunity to relax in the swimming pool. The apartment has a convenient layout, painted, clean and all equipment in good condition. Order and cleanliness are maintained in common areas (laundry and corridor). Quiet neighbors. The staff and management team is professional, helpful, friendly and smiling.
