I have lived at Traver Courts for over three years at this point and I have enjoyed it very much. Everyone in management and maintenance that I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. Responsiveness to maintenance requests has been very good. I have no complaints, and will probably live here several more years.

Put in a maintenance request late in the evening on Wednesday and they were there to fix it by 10 AM the following morning. Also addressed an unrelated issue. Very helpful.

This is my favorite apartment I've lived in Ann Arbor (and I have lived in a quite a few!). It is peaceful and well-maintained. Rachel and Kristi helped me get so settled in and have just been amazingly responsive and kind. I haven't needed a lot of maintenance help, but the couple times I have it's been prompt and the team is so nice. It's clear they put a lot of care into this property. It's a great location too!
