I've lived in this apartment complex for a full year now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the very beginning, it's felt like a true community rather than just a place to rent. The rent is very reasonable, especially considering that utilities are included — that has been a huge help and made budgeting so much easier. No surprise bills for water, electricity, or trash has been a game-changer. The office staff is fantastic. The ladies there are amazing — friendly, helpful, and always so great with my dog. They organize community events, including a recent one where I was able to get my dog’s nails trimmed for free. It’s these thoughtful touches that really make residents feel valued. The maintenance crew is equally impressive. They’re friendly, professional, and respond to requests quickly. In the year I’ve been here, any issue I’ve had has been handled promptly and thoroughly. Overall, this has been a fantastic place to live. If you’re looking for a well-maintained community with great staff, solid value, and a sense of community, I highly recommend it!

We, DapperTails Mobile Dog Grooming, had a fantastic experience partnering with Indigo at Winter Park during a recent pet-friendly community event. Natasha and Shareem were so friendly, organized, and a real pleasure to work with. The residents were wonderful, and it was great to meet so many pet owners in the community. I want to give a huge thank you to Stan from maintenance for the outstanding service and professionalism. He came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got my hot water fixed fast. Stan was respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
