I’ve been living in this complex for the past 8 month and renewed for the next year, recommend, no issues at all, maintenance is quick and reliable, the only thing I don’t like is no in-unit laundry everything else is good.

Herminio Maintenance did a great job fixing the drain clog. They responded quickly, was professional, and made sure everything was working before leaving. Really appreciate the help!
