Whenever I needed any maintenance during my time here, the team responded promptly and efficiently. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The community is well-organized, peaceful, and very well maintained — everything runs smoothly and there’s no disorder. I highly recommend it. I’m only moving out due to relocating to another state.

I live at Palio apartments fir a year now, and Kara Patterson is a great asset to McKinley property. Kara always ready to help me everytime I am in her office. Her customer service us amazing, she assist me with making payments fir my rent, help me put in maintenance request with a smile on her face. The property itself is clean and people like their job.
