Stayed in a town home for 3 years as I was working at Trinity Health Hospital during that time, given the proximity to work, and I recommend the place to anyone looking for a safe, quiet community with secured entrances to the community after 6 pm, with management that responds and takes care of requests in a timely manner. The pricing is reasonable as well so was a good plus.

This might be a little unconventional, but I was just that impressed. I need to walk down Golfside several times a day, and I need the sidewalks clear for mobility reasons. I contacted a couple of the apartments here (because speaking from years of experience, no one on Golfside ever clears their sidewalks--seriously, if you have mobility issues, don't live anywhere on this street) to explain them and ask them to clear it. Golfside Lake, which does shovel but because it's so close to the street the plow often covers the sidewalk up again, didn't give me platitudes but instead had the place shoveled again within 24 hours and has so far kept up with it since. To compare, my own complex, Aspen Chase, has ignored it this entire winter despite multiple requests. I was really impressed with this and it warrants looking further into when it's time to move out--if they're half so responsive to their own residents, this must be a wonderful place to live.
