Due to her amazing success she was asked to take the Chicago region that was performing last in every category. Within the first year she moved up the ranks to the top 3. McKinley is pleased to announce the promotion of Robert Jones to Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager. Robert started at McKinley as a Commercial Portfolio Manager where his role was to work out troubled real estate assets. His new role will involve the added responsibilities of on-boarding new hires and acclimatizing them to the McKinley culture.

The property, Gateway Center, is a 20,215 square foot retail center in Mansfield, Ohio for whichMcKinley was appointed receiver on May 9, 2009. During the receivership McKinley was able to attract Hobby Force to the center, renew existing tenants such as Great Clips, and improve the centers operating efficiency. These value-creating successes enabled McKinley to attract a buyer for the center.
