TOLEDO, OHIO McKinleys Residential Client Services is pleased to announce the successful disposition of Executive Towers, a 149 unit apartment complex in Toledo, OH. McKinley was appointed Receiver of this asset in March of 2010. Duringtheir tenure, overall occupancy was increased from 86.53% at the commencement of management to a consistent occupancy of 100%.
