McKinley, Inc. has been appointed the Receiver for Dearborn Plaza located in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The shopping centers tenants include Fifth Third Bank, Family Dollar and Fashion Bug. The appointment was made by the Dearborn Superior Court in Dearborn City, Indiana.

The McKinley residential team members who are big winners include: Terri Leirstein at Golfside Lake won The Manager of the Year award. Clint Hall, Evergeen, was awarded the Outstanding Maintenance Supervisor award. The Outstanding Grounds Keeper award was given to Derrick McDougald at Golfside Lake. Michelle Miranda, Medical Center Court, received the Outstanding Leasing Person award. And, last but certainly not least, Ken Gronda of Villas at Golfside Lake was given the Outstanding Maintenance Person award. Kellie Meyers received the "Membership Volunteer of the Year" award for 2009 at last weeks Florida Apartment Associations gala event. Kellie is the Customer Service Manager at Viridian Lake Beach Club in Ft. Myers and serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors at the Southwest Florida Apartment Association. Kellie is a very active state delegate for SWFAA and was instrumental in a successful visit on both Capitol Hills this year. On behalf of the association, she attended the National Conference in Washington DC and spearheaded meetings SWFAA had with their state congress. Additionally, along with Shawn Wingate, SWFAA President, a SWFAA Charity Golf Tournament was organized and conducted in May of this year with a large crowd in attendance.

Ann Arbor, MI On August 31, 2009, Micheal Heath and Diana Accardi-Kaase will join McKinleys Residential Client Services Divisions Leadership Team.
Micheal Heath has been named Regional Director of McKinleys Mid-Atlantic Region located in North Carolina. Mike lives in Hubert, North Carolina and most recently has been working in Wisconsin, responsible for the daily operations of over 8,000 single family Marine Corps homes in four states. Previously, he was Director of Property Management for a company in the Mid-Atlantic, responsible for 12,000 apartments and 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space.
Diana Accardi-Kaase has been named Vice President/Regional Director for the Midwest Region. Diana lives in Littleton, Colorado and has 27 years of multi-state property management experience. In previous roles, Diana, has been responsible for managing portfolios of properties as large as 14,500 apartments and brings tremendous knowledge and experience to her new role.
