ANN ARBOR, MI Albert L. Berriz and Albert M. Berriz is pleased to announce that Kathleen Williams has joined McKinley as a Regional Director for our Owned Residential Portfolio. Kathleen is a highly respected hospitality executive with a solid track record of success.

Kathleen Williams worked for La Quinta Management, LLC for over 17 years. At La Quinta she ran the Pacific Northwest region, and which ranked number 1 region in the company out of 23 regions. Due to her amazing success she was asked to take the Chicago region that was performing last in every category. Within the first year she moved up the ranks to the top 3. More recently she was assigned to the Carolinas and the Midwest and within a year was able to take bottom performers and move them to a higher level.Her key to success is to make sure the right team is in place,support them, and provide the tools and direction they need in order to be successful.
