ANN ARBOR, MI & IRVINE, CA McKinley-Avanath Co-CEO's Albert M. Berriz and Daryl J. Carter announced today that it has assumed management of two LIHTC communities, Renaissance Court located in Pontiac, MI and Village at Irving Park located in Battle Creek, MI, on behalf of an institutional client.
