MCKINLEY APPOINTED RECEIVER FOR PINNACLE POINT IN COLUMBIA, SC

ANN ARBOR, MIMcKinley is pleased to announce that it has been appointed receiver by the Court of Common Pleas for Richland County, South Carolina for Pinnacle Point, a 55,000 square foot office building in Columbia, South Carolina. The building is currently 87% occupied with current tenants including the University of Phoenix and the Climatic Corporation.
