McKinley Appointed Receiver for Class A Property
GRAND RAPIDS, MI McKinleys Commercial Client Services is pleased to announce that it has been named receiver for Bridgewater Place, a 400,000 square foot office tower in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Class A office tower features views of downtown Grand Rapids and the adjacent Grand River. The office buildings amenities include a 1,368 space attached parking structure, 215 person ballroom, fitness center and caf. Tenants of Bridgewater Place include the Varnum Law Firm, UBS and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
