McKinleys Residential Client Services is pleased to announce the successful disposition of Turtle Bay Estates. Turtle Bay Estates is a 174 site manufactured housing community in Syracuse, Indiana. McKinley was appointed receiver of this lakefront residential community in August of 2009.
