McKinley Announces Successful Commercial Workout

ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN McKinleys Commercial Client Services group has completed another successful workout. The property is a 40,000 square foot office and industrial building in the Avis Farms office park in Ann Arbor, Michigan. McKinley assumed management of the asset in August, 2010 and immediately began positioning the building for sale
