HYDE PARK, FL. - McKinley is pleased to announce the Grand Re-Opening of Hyde Park Flats, its first fully re-developed community in Hyde Park, Florida.

HUNTSVILLE, AL. - McKinley Institutional Commercial Real Estate (ICRE) is pleased to announce the successful disposition of 9020 Baily Cove Road in Huntsville, Alabama.  McKinley was appointed as Manager of this 58,000 square foot freestanding retail building on October 3, 2012, as part of the original 2,100,000 square foot Albertsons Portfolio.   During its time as Manager, McKinley successfully assisted its valued stakeholder and its counsel in resolving a long, contentious ground lease dispute with the ground owner.

BRIGHTON, MI. - McKinley Institutional Commercial Real Estate (ICRE) is pleased to announce the successful workout of Green Oak Village Place in Brighton, Michigan.  McKinley was appointed Receiver for this 314,896 square foot lifestyle center on January 25, 2013.   Green Oak Village Place is home to several national tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta, DSW, and Barnes and Noble.  During its time as Receiver and Manager, McKinley executed over 50,000 square feet of new leases and renewals and completed numerous capital projects and enhancements to the landscaping, asphalt, concrete, and brick pavers. 

“I am very proud of our team and all that they accomplished managing this asset,” stated Lauren Leach, Director, Commercial Portfolio Management – Institutional Commercial Real Estate.  “With our experience in Michigan, our team was able to deploy all of its expertise during lease negotiations and much needed capital improvements,” stated Leach.

McKinley is proud to announce its own Elisabeth Alonso has been awarded "TOP WALK COMMUTER 2015" and logged the most "walk commutes" in the 2015 Ann Arbor Commuter Challenge.  

The Commuter Challenge is an online commuting competition that happens during the month of May.  Organizations compete against others to see if they can get the most people to do an alternative commute.
