Kevin saved Thanksgiving!
"The heating element in our oven shorted out the day before Thanksgiving -- what a nightmare! I put in a maintenance request, but was sure that the team wouldn't have time to make the repair until after the holiday. Imagine my shock when Kevin showed up within TWO HOURS, ready to take my stove apart! Then, finding that a replacement heating element appropriate for our range wasn't available on site, Kevin took the time out of his busy afternoon to drive over to one of the other local McKinley properties and pick one up. I am blown away. Kevin, if you're reading this, you're a rock star -- this Thanksgiving, we're thankful for YOU!" |
