Built in 1919, all upgrades, including tile, hardwood floors, lighting, historic interior doors and hardware carefully curated from the former Bellaire Biltmore Hotel, patios, outdoor kitchen, and wrought iron gating have been respectfully hand selected to honor this great building’s rich history. Our private outdoor grill kitchen and fire pit lounge with custom seating makes for enjoying Tampa Bay weather all year long in style! Olivia Flats is ideally located in old Hyde Park and is literally just steps from Bayshore Boulevard, downtown Tampa and Hyde Park Village. It is also in walking distance to the University of Tampa and Tampa General Hospital. Olivia Flats are in the Hillsborough County Public Schools district, where students attend Gorrie Elementary School, Wilson Middle School, and Plant High School.
