McKinley will immediately begin management of the community and is planning overall strategic upgrades to the community including the sales office, BBQ area, landscaping, lighting and signage, while also initiating roofing, siding and hallway repairs.

Ann Arbor, MI Albert M. Berriz, CEO of McKinley, will be participating as a speaker at the upcoming CBRE Multi-Housing Conference to be held May 1-2 at the JW Marriott in Chicago. Mr. Berriz will be speaking Tuesday, May 1, at 3:00 pm on the panel "Broadening Investment Horizons: Secondary and Tertiary Markets along with other multifamily executives including Gleb Nechayev, Senior Managing Economist for CBRE Econometric Advisors and Bob White, Founder & President of Real Capital Analytics.

Ann Arbor, MI McKinley is pleased to announce that Albert M. Berriz, CEO of McKinley, has been invited to be the keynote speaker at the upcoming Energy Conference and Exhibition, May 2 at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI.
Mr. Berriz will speak on the topic "Energy Efficiency, An Economic Tool for Businesses" and provide attendees an overview of how energy efficiency and green sustainability efforts have impacted his real estate business at McKinley, as well as ways in which energy efficiency will continue to impact businesses locally and regionally. In addition, Mr. Berriz will outline energy efficiency opportunities that exist for businesses through utility energy efficiency programs and how business leaders that value energy efficiency will improve their efforts to compete in the global marketplace.

ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN McKinley acquires Ironwood blocks from the University of Michigan's new Venture Accelerator and its North Campus. Ironwood is contiguous to Traver Ridge a 210 unit community McKinley owns, and both communities will be merged and operated as Traver Ridge going forward.
