Members of the McKinley team happily accepted the award at 22nd annual Top 100 Luncheon in Orlando, Florida.

McKinley is pleased to unveil its newest mural in Ann Arbor which focuses on McKinley’s Culture. The mural is displayed on the south side of the McKinley Corporate Center and was designed and executed by TreeTown Murals.
Mary Thiefels, and the TreeTown Mural team, began work on the enormous 42’(w) x 47’(h) mural on July 1st by projecting their sketch from the laundry roof top. In less than a month the TreeTown Mural team was able to bring McKinley’s vision of live, work, shop and play to reality. The composition contains multiple dynamic viewing angles that can be seen from different points in the city, creating a unique experience for all who view the piece.
McKinley was honored to host a Grand Reveal party to celebrate the beautiful masterpiece on Monday, August 3rd, 2015. Many people joined the celebration and enjoyed live music, refreshments as well as a description from the Artist.
"Mary has captured who we are in this mural. It's an exceptional representation of our culture, our people, and our business nationwide,” stated Albert M. Berriz, Chief Executive Officer. “We are very grateful for our partnership with Mary, and we are pleased to share this important work of art with the Ann Arbor community for many years to come," shared Berriz.

McKinley is pleased to announce the Grand Re-Opening of The Courts, formally known as Brighton Park Apartments, located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
After acquiring the community in October 2014 McKinley quickly commenced on a much needed renovation to enhance the property. The exteriors of all the building have been completely transformed with all new siding, windows, exterior lights and patio doors. In addition to the other renovations the community clubhouse building was also upgraded including the 24 hour fitness studio. These enhancements greatly complement the community’s other existing amenities including its relaxing swimming pool, sauna spa and tennis and volleyball courts. McKinley announced today the successful closing of a $32,958,000 Credit Tenant Lease financing with KeyBank Real Estate Capital for FirstEnergy Plaza located in downtown Akron, Ohio. After recently executing a long term lease with FirstEnergy Corp., McKinley has secured very favorable financing that will allow it to execute major improvements at the tower, providing a world class facility for its tenant, FirstEnergy Corp.

During its time as Manager, McKinley successfully assisted its valued stakeholder and its counsel in resolving a long, contentious ground lease dispute with the ground owner.

BRIGHTON, MI. - McKinley Institutional Commercial Real Estate (ICRE) is pleased to announce the successful workout of Green Oak Village Place in Brighton, Michigan. McKinley was appointed Receiver for this 314,896 square foot lifestyle center on January 25, 2013. Green Oak Village Place is home to several national tenants including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ulta, DSW, and Barnes and Noble. During its time as Receiver and Manager, McKinley executed over 50,000 square feet of new leases and renewals and completed numerous capital projects and enhancements to the landscaping, asphalt, concrete, and brick pavers.
