Ann Arbor, MI - McKinley's Commercial Client Services Group announces the successful workout of Fairway Center, a 78,447 square foot office and retail development in Akron, Ohio. McKinley was appointed receiver in 2006 and during the lengthy period as receiver and manager, the assets were positioned for sale by prevailing in an easement litigation matter, renewing the anchor tenant for a long-term lease, and executing several new leases.

"We are very pleased to add another successful chapter to the McKinley Commercial Client Services track record," commented Matthew Mason, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Real Estate at McKinley. "The McKinley team successfully managed this asset through a complex and challenging easement issue which was ultimately decided by the Ohio Court of Appeals," stated Mason.

Mr. Bott began his career with McKinley in Ann Arbor in early 2010, seamlessly moving through the ranks from senior sales associate to property management before garnering this latest promotion announced today.
