TOLEDO, OHIO McKinleys Residential Client Services is pleased to announce the successful disposition of Executive Towers, a 149 unit apartment complex in Toledo, OH. McKinley was appointed Receiver of this asset in March of 2010. Duringtheir tenure, overall occupancy was increased from 86.53% at the commencement of management to a consistent occupancy of 100%.

McKinley is pleased to announce the promotion of Robert Jones to Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager. Robert started at McKinley as a Commercial Portfolio Manager where his role was to work out troubled real estate assets. His new role will involve the added responsibilities of on-boarding new hires and acclimatizing them to the McKinley culture.
