At McKinley, we are fully embracing the fast paced world of social media. We are utilizing web-based resources to reach out to customers and team members. In doing this, we are staying connected in real time. With the social media evolution, McKinley and Albert M. Berriz, CEO, has recently started holding business dialogue sessions, called Twitter Chats, using twitter.com.

Jonathan Saar, Director of Marketing and Sales at The Training Factor, has taken note of McKinley's transparency and Twitter presence.
