OTSEGO, MINNESOTA McKinleys Commercial Client Services is pleased to announce it has been appointed receiver for Marketplace West, a 31,500 square foot retail center in Otsego, Minnesota. Marketplace West represents the sixth commercial work out assignment within the state of Minnesota in 2011.

My congratulations to the team at The Ponds for the great job on the Green Retrofit Project. We had another very successful inspection by the independent engineer for HUD today. As you know, he always tells us that The Ponds is the most organized and well run construction project he inspects under this program. You guys have done an incredible job, and it is my great pleasure to work with you on this very important project. Thank you for making this so easy and for doing such a wonderful job of improving The Ponds. I know the City of Taylor is grateful for your efforts and our residents are ecstatic to have a completely renovated property to live in. Thanks for all you do!

GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA McKinleys Commercial Client Services is pleased to announce it has been appointed receiver for a 13,375 square foot office building in Gainesville, Florida. The building is 100% leased and occupied by the United States Social Security Administration. The latest receivership appointment represents McKinleys seventeenth receivership appointment in the state of Florida.
