Timberfalls is a 100 unit apartment home community conveniently located near Scranton and I81. Sunset Trace is a lovely apartment and townhouse complex consisting of 86 units located in Brevard County, near Melbournes Central Business District and within walking distance to Florida Tech University. Both properties are near many shopping areas and entertainment options. The appointment for Timberfalls was made by the Court of Common Pleas in Lackawanna County and the appointment for Sunset Trace was made by the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Court in Brevard County.
