HENDERSON, NEVADA– McKinley is pleased to announce that it has been retained as the property manager and asset manager for Black Mountain Marketplace, a 44,373 square foot retail center in Henderson, Nevada. Henderson is an affluent suburb adjacent to Las Vegas. The neighborhood shopping center is 79% occupied and tenants include PT’s Pub, Saxby’s Coffee, and Tropical Smoothie Café.
