SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN – McKinley’s Commercial Client Services is pleased to announce another successful workout of a distressed asset. The property, Applegate Square, is a 54,000 square foot shopping center in Southfield, MI for which McKinley was appointed receiver in December, 2009
