BLAKELY, PENNSALYVANIA – McKinley’s Residential Client Services is pleased the successful disposition of Timber Falls, a 100 unit community in Blakely, PA.  McKinley began its involvement with this asset April 2009.  During McKinley’s tenure as manager a 25% increase in occupancy was achieved, reaching its goal of 100%.
