CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA – McKinley’s Commercial Client Services is pleased to announce another successful workout of a distressed asset.  The property, the Park Avenue building in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a 92, 000 square foot office and retail building for which McKinley was appointed receiver on June 11, 2010.  During the short period of the receivership, McKinley was able to reposition the asset via lease renewals, new leasing and operational efficiencies.  McKinley was also the disposition agent for the sale, completing the turnkey workout of the property.
