Royal Caswell

Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations

Mr. Caswell is currently managing McKinley's 5.0 million square foot commercial real estate portfolio across six states. This portfolio includes office buildings, retail shopping centers and light industrial developments. Mr. Caswell has a proven track record in commercial leasing, new construction, redevelopment, asset repositioning and investment strategy. He completed his education with a BA in Government from UT Austin and a MPA in Policy Analysis from IU Bloomington.


Matt Mason

Matthew Mason

Vice President for Sales and Acquisitions

Matthew Mason has oversight of McKinley’s commercial leasing efforts for its national portfolio. Matthew's daily duties include interacting with McKinley’s national broker network, lease review and negotiation and oversight of commercial marketing measures. Matthew is graduate of the University of Michigan–Dearborn where he studied Political Science and History. After graduation from U-M, Matt Mason attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he completed his legal education in two years while earning multiple Dean’s List honors (’98, J.D.).




April Davis

National Leasing Director

April Davis is responsible for the oversight of the leasing efforts for McKinley’s entire commercial portfolio, including lease negotiations, developing and maintaining relationships with McKinley’s national broker network, and oversight of the commercial marketing efforts. Ms. Davis has over 15 years of commercial real estate and oil & gas experience, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Management from the University of Houston. She is a Registered Land Professional (RLP), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and a Habitat for Humanity volunteer.
