Taylor Subsidized Housing

Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Section 8 program at The Villages of Taylor!

You may pick up an application any time during our regular office hours. Each household member that is 18 years or older must fill out a separate application and is required to pick up the application in person.

Completed applications may be returned during our regular office hours.  Please remember that all applications must be returned in person.  When dropping off your completed application, please allow for a 15 to 20 minute timeframe to review your information with a team member. During this time, we will answer any questions that you may have regarding the application process.

Additionally, the following items are REQUIRED in order for your application to be accepted:

• Valid Government issued ID for all household members 18 years or older
• Birth Certificates for the entire household
• Social Security Cards for the entire household

Due to HUD's strict guidelines, The Villages of Taylor will not accept any applications that do not comply with the above mentioned items. 

There is no application fee for you to apply with the Villages of Taylor! Details regarding occupancy limits and requirements can be obtained from the Compliance Administrative Office.

Our office is located at 15850 Court Village Lane, Taylor MI 48180. We are located in the Southeast corner of The Courtyards at The Villages of Taylor. Simply drive in and follow the signs to our Compliance Administrative Office.
