The Top Owner and Top Manager lists and the analysis that accompanies them have provided the only historical benchmark to measure industry trends according to the National Real Estate Investor.

The workshop was held at the Watermark Country Club in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During the recent Special Achievement Awards dinner, the Bay area Apartment Association in Central Florida honored McKinley’s Cecelia Ford with the Multi-Site Supervisor of the Year Award. Ms. Ford has over 18 years experience in the apartment industry, joining McKinley two year ago. She is a Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor. Cecelia is currently Director of Residential Sales in McKinley’s Southern Region. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Saint Francis University. Cecelia is actively involved with both the Florida Apartment Association and the Bay Area Apartment Association. “Cecelia is an important member of our Southern Region leadership team and we are proud she was honored with this award”, states Jason Schaller, Vice President and Regional Director with McKinley.

The property, Champaign Village Shopping Center, is a 143,120 square foot shopping center that McKinley took over as a court-appointed receiver in February of 2008. This was a successful resolution as McKinley improved the physical appearance of the property, renewed the leases of key tenants and successfully transitioned the asset to a purchaser of the property.
