Those attending the event were able to tour The Salvation Army facilities and speak with the staff. The partnership with The Salvation Army also provides assistance to those who qualify for the program should residents fall upon hard times. The Salvation Army will provide temporary rent and assist with utility payments for individuals who meet their requirements to ensure residents do not lose their homes.

Both properties are near many shopping areas and entertainment options. The appointment for Timberfalls was made by the Court of Common Pleas in Lackawanna County and the appointment for Sunset Trace was made by the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Court in Brevard County.

The appointment was made in the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
