After twenty-three years on Huron Street next to City Hall, Tios Mexican Café got the boot when the city bought the building last year. Owner Tim Seaver was scrambling to find a new space before his lease ends June 30, and he found one at the eleventh hour—in a former Mexican restaurant, no less.

Those attending the event were able to tour The Salvation Army facilities and speak with the staff. The partnership with The Salvation Army also provides assistance to those who qualify for the program should residents fall upon hard times. The Salvation Army will provide temporary rent and assist with utility payments for individuals who meet their requirements to ensure residents do not lose their homes.

Sunset Trace is a lovely apartment and townhouse complex consisting of 86 units located in Brevard County, near Melbourne’s Central Business District and within walking distance to Florida Tech University. Both properties are near many shopping areas and entertainment options. The appointment for Timberfalls was made by the Court of Common Pleas in Lackawanna County and the appointment for Sunset Trace was made by the Circuit Court of the 18th Judicial Court in Brevard County.

The appointment was made in the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
