The Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) represents more than 110,000 apartment homes throughout the state. This year’s GLASTAR Awards (Great Lakes Area Star Awards) was attended by over 640 people and was extremely competitive.
The McKinley winners included: Golfside Lake Apartments for Best Overall Marketing Theme “Nacho Time to Move;” Golfside Lake Apartments for Best Leasing Office 301 + units; Traver Ridge Apartments for Best Two Bedroom Floor Plan Plus, 21 years and older; John Treganowan for Outstanding Marketing Professional of the Year; Michael Hlywa for Assistant Manager of the Year; and for the entire McKinley enterprise for Excellence in Education.
