McKinley Awarded Property Management Contract at
Frog Pond Apartments


On May 17, 2007, McKinley was awarded a contract for services at Frog Pond I and II Apartments, a student housing community centrally located in the heart of luxury Tallahassee, Florida.  The community is located within minutes of Florida State University, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and Tallahassee Community College.  This community, recently renamed “The Beach Club,” offers 4 bedroom apartments with over 1,800 square feet of available living space and amenities including a pool with a cabana and hot tub, a fitness center, a tanning salon, a high speed internet computer lab, a game room, a covered patio outside each apartment, and a private kitchenette in each bedroom.

Capmark engaged McKinley for property management and advisory services for Frog Pond I, the 120 unit, 10 building property and Hudson Advisors assigned McKinley for Frog Pond II, the 36 unit, 3 building property.  “We have a very good relationship with both Capmark and Hudson and they know we create value for our clients and customers,” said Kenneth P., Managing Director and Executive Vice President.
