Albert M. Berriz, CEO, is proud to recognize Jim Chaconas, Managing Director of McKinley Commercial Brokerage Services, providing owner representation, tenant representation, disposition analysis and representation, as well as land assembly and site selection.  Chaconas joined McKinley seven years ago to work with outside clients to lease, sell, and redevelop commercial and office condo properties.   He has done extensive work on Main Street and helped bring one of the first office condominium developments to Washtenaw County.  He also recently completed deals involving the State Theater, the Woolworth Building, Westgate Shopping Center, and the Clark Professional Medical Building, located adjacent to the famous St. Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor.  For forty years prior to joining McKinley, Chaconas worked in his family’s beer distributorship, doing everything from driving trucks to managerial roles.  He was also at Charles Reinhart Company Realtors for six years.
