McKinley Announces Receivership

of Blue Garden Apartments

On October 11, 2007 McKinley was appointed Receiver by the Wayne County Circuit Court for Blue Garden Apartments in Westland, Michigan on behalf of our longstanding client, Capmark.  The 172 apartment home community is nestled in a residential atmosphere - yet close to many shopping centers, schools, and other conveniences.

This is McKinley’s 27th appointment as Receiver and Property Manager by various jurisdictions in the ten states in which we operate.
