Today McKinley acquired a 304 unit community now called Azure Winter Park, expanding its holdings in Florida. Winter Park, part of the Orlando SMSA, has been a hotbed of job growth with a projected increase of 28.3% by 2015 as predicted by Business 2.0 Magazine.
