EXPANDING FLORIDA HOLDINGS

Today McKinley acquired a 304 unit community now called Azure Winter Park, expanding its holdings in Florida.  Winter Park, part of the Orlando SMSA, has been a hotbed of job growth with a projected increase of 28.3% by 2015 as predicted by Business 2.0 Magazine.  Full Sail University, a school of 5,000 media arts students, is located one mile to the North.  Downtown Winter Park, with some of Orlando area’s finest restaurants and art galleries, is less than 10 minutes from this apartment community.

“With the growth in this market, the location of the community, and McKinley’s operational success in the Orlando area, the acquisition of Azure Winter Park is a great opportunity for McKinley,” states Kenneth Polsinelli, Managing Director and Executive Vice President.

McKinley, founded in 1968, is a well respected national real estate investment firm that owns and operates $1.5 billion in assets in 103 properties for its own account and for select clientele.  This includes 16,447 apartments and 5 million square feet of commercial space located in 9 states.  Headquartered in Ann Arbor Michigan, Albert M.
