McKinley is proud to announce the promotion of Marc E. Stein to National Leasing Director for McKinley’s commercial operations. Previously, Mr. Stein served as McKinley’s Regional Leasing Director with oversight of the Michigan market. Mr. Stein was McKinley’s lead negotiator in the recently-completed lease with Google to locate the headquarters of its AdWords division at McKinley Towne Centre.

As the National Leasing Director for McKinley, Mr. Stein has oversight of the leasing negotiations and functions for McKinley commercial real estate including the management of third party leasing agents, brokers and leasing companies for its national portfolio with core markets located in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia and Florida.

McKinley, founded in 1968, is a well-respected real estate investment firm that owns and operates $1.5 billion in assets.  For its own account and select clientele, it manages 103 properties, including 16,447 apartments and 4.6 million square feet of commercial space located in nine states nationwide.  Albert M.
